What information do I actually need to give you?

As little as you have. Customer name, address, what you did, what you're charging. A voice note works fine — most clients send one on the drive home and have the invoice waiting when they get in. The more detail you give us, the more accurate the document, but we can always work with the basics.

How fast do I actually get the document back?

Within the hour during working hours — Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. Most documents come back in 20 to 30 minutes. For urgent jobs outside those hours, WhatsApp Rory directly and we'll do our best.

Will it look like I made it myself?

Yes. Every document goes out with your business name, logo if you have one, and your contact details. Your customers won't know we're involved. It looks like you produced it yourself — which is exactly the point.

What trades do you work with?

Electricians, plumbers, gas engineers, roofers, joiners, painters and decorators — any trade that generates quotes, invoices and compliance paperwork. If you're not sure whether we cover your trade, just send a WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight.

What happens after the free trial?

After two weeks, it's £250/month in NI or €250/month in the Republic. No contract — cancel any time with a single message. We won't chase you or lock you in. If it's not saving you time, there's no reason to stay.

Is there a limit on how many documents I can get?

No limit. The monthly fee covers everything. Most clients use it for 20–40 documents a month but there's no cap and no extra charges for a busy month.

Do I need to download any software?

Nothing. You already have WhatsApp — that's all you need. The client portal is just a website. No app, no account setup, no faff. Send a message, get a document back.
